GATHERING TIME is a new folk harmony trio with a sound that's been described as "Peter Paul & Mary meets CSN." The group includes two of Long Island's favorites: Glen Roethel and Stuart Markus, both of whom have been part of the local acoustic folk scene for some time. Together with talented newcomer Hillary Foxsong, the three have begun turning heads with their tight harmonies and seamless vocal blend.
Fast becoming known for their lush harmonies, memorable melodies, meaningful lyrics and easygoing, fun chemistry onstage, the trio has already released both a holiday single and a three-song EP and is currently recording their full-length debut album 'Songs of Hope and Freedom,' slated for release in the summer of 2008.
