Biography

Grim Sköll conveys the voice of the elements from its mythological and pagan roots; expresses the glory of the ancient and forgotten gods with wrenching desolation, and a profound respect to Mother Earth.

Grim Sköll was created in December, 2007, by Baal Taran (Samael F. F. R.) [Keyboard player and songwriter of Benatnash, Eidyllion and Dazhbog]

The new saga of Baal combines elements from black metal, crowning them with an epic and desolate atmosphere, resulting in a true expression that transports us to another time, to another place, where the pagan gods still rule.

Starting with the songwriting in January, 2008, Grim Sköll is preparing what will be its debut album, which will be released around late July, by Azermedoth Records. This release will count with 9 odes, a promising, excellent work of Epic Black Ambient!
