Dazhbog was born on April of 2005. The project’s sound could be defined as Atmospheric / Ambient / Electronica / Avant-garde.
Displaying fairy and misanthropic feelings and at the same time sickness, solitude and nostalgic feelings about situations that will never happen. We could be speaking of an introspective art that shows the greatness of the element’s world.
As soon as the project was born, a hard work of composition began during 4 months. Then, the recording sessions started at Frigg Studios and after a month the result was debut album Alfrodull on November of 2005.
Alfrodull, LP 12 tracks within the project’s context mentioned above, strolling among fairy atmospheres and sounds that take to other times and worlds. The length of the album is 41:40 minutes approximately and 500 copies were released under the independent label N.W. D.
At early 2006, Dazhbog began the composition process of its second album, ending that work of composition in November of the same year. This new opus was recorded at Frigg Studios in December of 2006; and was released in January of 2007, with the title of Inexistent Echo; this new LP was released under the same label record of its predecessor.
This work is very different from the previous one. Inexistent Echo is a totally conceptual album and it includes nine tracks that, as well, are interlaced and seem to be only one; plus three bonus tracks. This record integrates some contrasts; among them, we can find ambient, noise, trance and avant-garde sounds. This edition is limited to 250 copies.
