A brief introduction to Fiona Knight: I have operated a special events and project management firm in Toronto since 1993 and I have worked as a consultant to many clients in the not for profit and corporate sectors in Canada, the US and internationally to stage and manage logistics for special events. I have a passion for growing healthy young Canadians with the proper nutrition and clean air and water, having co- founded the Canadian Coalition for Student Nutrition in 1991 to provide a healthy school meal for all Canadian children and youth.
