About Me

Coyote Pass Band has went though alot of changes and different members. Kelly Lee has played Country music for the last 30 years in 7 States. He has played from Pigion Forge Tennessee to the Honky Tonks in Texas. Alicia Anderson is also a veteran that has many years under her belt. She performs at the yearly Walnut Valley Festival in Windfield Kansas. She has been on the top 10 of Frontporchradio.net. Go there and you can hear her fine music and original material. Ron Williams writes and sings some of the new sounding songs as well as the classics that Kelly was raised on. They play the music that we cut our teeth on. Some of the songs we play are Honkytonk Blues, Route 66, Storms Never Last and Blue Diamonds. Some of us have made a living at this but now we are just enjoying our music. If you see us in your area please come hear us, we would like to meet you. PUT YOUR BIO SECTION HERE! Changes may take up to 2 mins to show on your profile

Band Members: Kelly Lee, Vocals, Fiddle, Lead Guitar, Mandolin, Banjo and Keyboard. Alicia Anderson, Vocals, Rythm Guitar. Ron Williams, Lead Guitar and Vocals. Bob Powell, Bass Guitar. and Vocals.
Influences: Merle Haggard, Buck Owens, Don Rich, Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys, George Strait, Asleep At The Wheel, Arlo Guthrie, Billy Joe Shaver, Jimmy Martin, Charlie Daniels and Waylon Jennings just to name a few.
Sounds Like: We do alot of Merle Haggard and George Strait songs and music. We also play alot of Wetern Swing and Bluegrass. Instrumentals are also a big part of Coyote Pass. Kelly plays San Antonio Rose Western Swing style on the piano. Along with songs like {fiddle} Faded Love, Maidens Prayer. {guitar} Midnight in Amarillo, Guitar Flat Top Blues, They sound like Coyote Pass. A style that belongs to them. But the style was influenced by all of the above and they play many original songs that has been wrote by Kelly Lee and Alicia Anderson. Kelly wrote his first song when he was 14, the same year that he learned to play the guitar. In addition to songs Kelly is also known around the cowboy circuits as a cowboy poet. The band jams to songs like Move it On Over as Kelly rocks the fiddle along with songs like The Souths Goina Do it Again. Kelly plays Western Swing and Honky Tonk on the piano that brings folks for miles around for the stage shows. And his lead guitar is all his style influenced by Don Rich, Roy Clark and Buck Owens.
