I love movies. That's not an exageration. I really love them. I like to read but I'm picky about the books. I like to bowl, do mini-golf, and go to the driving range (even though I'm bad at all three) because it's fun just to go and do. I like to take picture and I would love to have my own dark room but that's never going to happen. I like to play all sports even though it's been a while since I've played on a team. I like to go to prof. football games especially the Jets. (Go Santana Moss!!!) It may seem that I'm a sport nut but I'm really not. I like them. I miss winter guard especially the dance part of it. I love to sing and listen to music. And, I like to act even thought I'm pretty bad at it. Traveling is also one of the many on the obviously long list of things I like and love.
I'd like to meet new friends as well as friends of my friends. I would like to meet anyone who can carry an interesting yet fun conversation. Looks don't matter. People who like the same things as I do would be easy to have conversations with although I do have a few friends who don't like what I like. I'm just opening myself to the internet community and hoping to find some friends and maybe someone to be more than that.
I like all music except for most but not all rap, some heavy metal, and all country. Blech!!!
I love all and any movies. I prefer horror, suspense, and action/sci-fi. I know that this sounds totally dorky but I love the Lord of the Rings trilogy. Mostly because of the excellent scenery, effects, and acting. I also especially liked The Butterfly Effect. The story line and the intense thought needed to folow it made the movie all the better.
I liked TV almost as much as I like movies. It's great to inspire the mind even though it can also be destructive. (What I just said is a double standard but I don't care.)
I like to read. Books I like are about people using psychic abilities to solve serial killings (Kay Hooper). I also like Dean Koontz and John Saul. My favorite books are the Harry Potter series. I know, I know, this sounds childish but you have to understand, I started to read the series when I was 13 and back then it was the age group aimed for. Now, I still like them because they really are a good read. (I know, once again childish)
To think of specific heroes would take time so for now all I can say are heroes are people who stand up for who they are. They don't try to be someone else. They don't follow a crowd. They start their own. They respect other people and are sensible with life.
Anthony G is my hero.
