Platte River Killers

The Platte River Killers have been crushing the Denver metal scene and captivating audiences for nearly four years. WIth influences including Deftones, Tool, and Lamb of God, their uniquely positive brand of epic metal is a force in which to be reckoned.In 2004, they released their first full length album Maneuvers during a memorable show at the Hard Rock Cafe Denver. PRK has since formed their own label, Metalbot Records, and their secord album STATE OF NEFARIUM, recorded at Motaland Studios, is due out May 2007.PRK's Amazing live performances have inspired a steady and loyal following. Their fan base extends well beyond the typical metal scene, and a familiar line heard after shows is, "Im not much of a metal fan, but DAMN, I loved you guys!" Their shows are always inspiring and intense...and who knows when someone might show up in a straight jacket?THis band is dedicated to their music, and they are here to stay. The STATE OF NEFARIUM tour will take them throughout Colorado and on to Las Vegas in the summer of 2007.
