i'm a real piece of work.

About Me

keez once told me: "you're always ambivalent. its part of your boyish charm."

My Interests

early human migratory patterns, made-up words, asshaberdashery, online mahjong, the disintegrating denver election commission, telling cooper how handsome he is, crushes on fully functional star trek characters, giving up whiskey (except on holidays), sidewalks, hyperbole, $5 bottomless mimosa sundays, le sighing, and/or joleen. i also am enjoying using the "and/or" thing. but just for today. i'll probably be sick of it tomorrow.

I'd like to meet:

people who's favorite indiana jones movie is temple of doom. or who are as cool as this:

Music:

songs that make me cry and/or dance like no one's watchin.

Movies:

any movie where a wedding and/or dance scene makes everything alright in the end.

Television:

beauty and the geek. when are they making the reverse version so i can get on this show, huh? you can also catch me glued to channel 8 every monday night, which is one of many reasons why i'd be the perfect geek-girl for the show.

Books:

top five all time favorites:
5. creation - gore vidal
4. skinny legs and all - tom robbins
3. pride and prejudice - jane austen
2. dune - frank herbert
1. stranger in a strange land - robert a. heinlein

My Blog

women are weird, men are dumb.

i was told tonight that if i keep this basic tenet in the back of my mind at all times, my conversations would start to make a whole lot more sense.
