Dyame A. Melendez

My name is quite obvious by now, but if you're slower than I am my name is Dyame A. Melendez. I've been singing all of my life, playing guitar since the age of 6 (I play guitar for Steel Batallion), and became quite serious about drums & percussion in September of 2002 (I am currently a session drummer). I've written songs ever since I was gifted with an ear (thanks mom) and memory since birth I suppose (thanks dad) or a personal recorder for that matter.
The songs on the profile are: 1) an acoustic instrumental entitled: "Celestial Bliss" which was composed/written sometime in early 2005. 2) an under-construction song enititled: "Conviction (demo)" (Dedicated to The L♥ve of My Life: Alex) which I began creating (Musically/Lyrically) in the summer of 2004 and continue attempting to finish musically; fortunately, I've finished the lyrics and vocal patterns during the Summer of 2005. The 3rd and most recently uploaded track on the profile is entitled: "Euphoric Hypnosis" which was improvised, recorded and mastered between the days of Sept. 30 & Oct. 1, 2005 (thanks Hector & Dad). It was and remains an improvisation of a song inspired by my state of mind while/during the recording of the track (it's quite obvious hence the title and various mistakes).
I am respectful, unlimitedly open-minded, and paitiently tolerant of other/foreign influences, styles, cultures, traditions, genres and so on.
This minute portion of my musical work is merely and solely just that: a minute portion.
I' ve desire to form a project following a direction in some of the same influnces listed with a final product-element of Jazz, Blues, Prog., Black Death, Grindcore, Hardcore, Metalcore, etc. I'm always willing to jam-out and collaborate with conscious and creative minds.
