-----SIKO ALL AGES SHOW ON MARCH 16TH

About Me

The four founding members of Siko (see-co) pride themselves on the ability to show people a good time with their music. Much in the vein of Cream or the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Siko creates rock and roll that grooves and gets the crowd moving. They toured regionally after the release of their first full-length album Legsaround (2005) and became familiar and confident with entertaining foreign crowds. Having been voted “Best Foyer Band of 2007 (SLO County)” in The New Times in addition to receiving consistent airplay on New Rock 107.3 (Clear Channel Radio) for their single “Elephant Dream” (an amazing feat for an unsigned band), Siko’s career continues to gain speed. They have shared stages with internationally touring artists such as Eek-A-Mouse, G-Love & The Special Sauce, The Average White Band, The Aggrolites, Onerepublic, Marc Broussard and General Public. The release of their sophomore effort, appropriately named, Paint the Town (2008) benchmarks a new step for the band. Unmanaged, unsigned and without the help of a booking agent, Siko has organized a two-month national tour slated for the summer of 2008. The band aims to showcase their sound to new audiences in an effort to obtain a productive career in music. There is nothing in life more valuable than showing someone a good time, Siko guarantees they will give you one!
