My name is Simon.I am a Music Producer, Studio Recording Engineer and Song-writer.I am currently looking after The Motor Museum Recording Studio which employs me as their resident engineer. I also work on a freelance basis on a wide variety of recording projects.I have been engineering at The Motor Museum since Summer 2005 after graduation from Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts [BA(hons.) Sound Technology]I am lucky to have had the opportunity to work with a huge number of talented people and I am proud to have been involved with hundreds of projects ranging from major-label releases (including Arctic Monkeys, OMD, The Tigerpicks) to local band demo CDs.I continue to work regularly for Deltasonic Records most recently engineering The Tigerpicks (due for release in 2008).Other recent work includes engineering and mixing for 80's legends OMD for the Liverpool Number Ones Project (January 2008, EMI) and for the 25th anniversary re-release of their album 'Dazzleships' (March 2008, Virgin).
I recently produced the new single for Accidents Never Happen with an album to follow shortly.Current projects include an album with talented singer-songwriter, Sarah Dickson .
