Tyler Campo will tie you to a railroad track

I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

My name is Tyler. I'm a yankee boy from Eastern Connecticut and I'm pretty damned proud of it because it was a bunch of mouthy little bastards like me that got us this country by tea-bagging Boston Harbor and whatnot. That's not a slight to the rest of yuz I'm just sayin'. I've been in Colorado for a few years and other than the crappy pizza and lack of ocean it's pretty rad.I've devoted a large part of my life to music. I've worked quite a variety of music related jobs. I currently work at Bender's in Cap Hill and Tsunami Publicity. The shameless promo:I play in a band called Cowboy Curse. If you'd like to check out my band click this logo: "

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

I'm a pretty social guy...I'm not really using MySpace to meet new folks as much as to keep up with people already know at least a little bit. There are a few exceptions but...One of the following probably applies to you if I want too be your MySpace friend:

I know you already I have a friend in common with you I drunkenly conversed with you in a bar I like something you said so much I thought I should talk to you or at least have access to any bulletins you post.
If you want me to add you please follow the same guidelines!Bands are cool... and I will generally accept local bands that I like. If you are one of those bands that sends 50 million bulletins a day you'll be removed at some point because that is annoying. If you are an out of town band that doesn't plan to ever come to Denver save the friend request because getting 40 of those a day is annoying. If I haven't met you in person within 3 months or gone to see your band chances are I will remove you if I accept a random friend request. Don't send me booking requests for Cowboy Curse. Those should go to the band's email(booking[at]cowboycurse.com email which can be accessed through www.cowboycurse.com or via myspace. Also, I am no longer really involved in booking or promotion at Bender's. If you are trying to set up a gig contact Stephen using the following: www.benderstavern.com (stephen*at*benderstavern.com or bendersbooking*at*yahoo.com). I still work as part of the bar staff at Bender's so please feel free to add us Bender's .Thanks!

Music:

Television:

I watch entirely too much History Channel... or music documentaries... or anything else that isn't a mindfuck worthless piece of network shit.

Books:

...well, books and other reading of late:CURRENTLY RECENTLY

Heroes:

This is probably one of the few places I won't be a smartass: My Uncle (there is a blog) who died when I was younger. Also, my family in general... they have given me the courage to be an individual and the knowledge to make that useful.

My Blog

A word about heartbreak

Heartbreak is a a common affliction... those who don't suffer it haven't tried to live. Myself... I have more scars than I care to count and the thing I remind myself is not to fall in love with the ...

Have you noticed...

That the music is shittier when the kids who dress like rockstars like it then when the rockstars that dress like kids make it.

Memories and your future happiness

This is a little cheezy but given the fact that one of the smartest people who ever had in my life (my Great Uncle Charles "Sonny" DeMaria) recently passed away after years of struggling with Aldzheim...

The bravest man I ever knew...

A lot of MySpace has a smarmy overtone. This blog doesn't. It's a small way that I can give some more public recognition to a very important person in my life when I was growing up.   Below ...

Never buy a cat from Ninjas

So our cat Brady (Blake's actually) is like some kind of fucking Houdini.  He is (for the time being) an indoor cat since he's only like 7 months old and we're kind of in a high traffic area...
