Knightfall started on a cold November day of 2007. When former Imperium members Hanbury Anderson, Steve "Schlooz" Hays, and Kevin "Kevlar" Foster wanted to continue on the path of metal after the breakup of Imperium. Hearing of this, former DarkRelm bassist Nevada "Snowy" Smith called them up to see if they wanted him to play bass for them. The answer was yes. The members music styles clicked extremely well and got to song writing immediately. After a couple of songs were finished, they soon realized they needed a lead guitarist. That's when Tim Gertsh formerly of Eroded Pride and Burning Within came into the picture.Unfortunetly due to family issues, Tim could no longer be a member of Knightfall. So he left in mid april of 2008.In May of 2008 drummer Keving Foster had to quit do to work and transportation.
