Music:

Loving the DUNDEE music scene right now, the success of THE VIEW has created a great buzz but they are just the tip of the iceberg. THE LAW are hot on their heels with their excellent debut single Milk and Honey. HAZEY JANES have been around for a while and they are a great live band. Other up-and-coming local bands include PAGE 6, DAVE?, DESCARTES, RUSH HOUR SOUL, SERGEANT, INDIANAPOLIS, THE BROGUES, THE GOODNIGHTS and THE GETDOWNS, but my favourite Dundee band is LUVA-ANNA, they've got a unique sound and some very catchy songs, check out wooden shoe, it's a local classic and the place goes mental when they play it at their gigs! .............. Apart from the above, my fave bands include ....... Muse, Delays, Marner Brown, Tiny Dancers, Air Traffic, The Sunshine Underground, Kings Of Leon, Razorlight, The Strokes, The Verve, Larrikin Love, The Bees, Milburn, MGMT, Switches, Pigeon Detectives, The Arcade Fire, Captain Phoenix, Morning Runner, The Upper Room, The Holloways, The Dykeenies, The Cardigans, The Enemy, Jet, Hard-Fi, No Doubt, Maximo Park, Embrace, The Zutons, The Kooks, Kula Shaker, The Ordinary Boys, Howie Day, Green Day, Kid Harpoon, The Macabees, Ray Lamontagne, Bell X1, Faithless, Thirteen Senses, Air, The Coral, Daft Punk, Vampire Weekend, Turin Brakes, Queen, REM, Band Of Horses, Moby, Ash, Feeder, T-Rex, The Libertines, Babyshambles, Ocean Colour Scene, The Stands, Sigur Ros, JJ72, James, Mystery Jets, The Subways, Natalie Imbruglia, Arctic Monkeys, Pendulum, The Futureheads, Editors, Nightmare Of You, The Vines, Guillemots, Mumm-Ra, Imogen Heap, Blood Red Shoes, The Cinematics, Rumble Strips, Kid Harpoon, The Shins, Brakes, Little Man Tate, Young Knives, Snowfight In The City Centre, 1990's, to name a few.....can't beat a bit of old skool dance either, especially The Time Frequency (can you feel the energeeeee :)
