About Me

Self-summary:

I'm a quiet little girl who tends to sit where I can watch what is going on without necessarily getting involved.

I am introverted yet observant of the world around me - not just the world inside.

I wander around places that I probably shouldn't be while looking for interesting things to photograph.

I am obsessed with the way that lamplight looks when reflected off trees that have been recently rained on.

I read because it allows me to experience alternative lives.

I view movies the same way.

Because I tend to be deeply drawn to things that I can incorporate into my extensive inner world I am an avid role player (Dungeons and Dragons, Whitewolf variants, and...other sorts). I also really enjoy Magic: The Gathering. It is an addiction.

Haunting piano melodies will be the death of me.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Creative, open people.

People with good taste in music, literature, films, and other intellectual or sensory pursuits.

People who make me question my perceptions and beliefs about the world around me.

People who can introduce me to new mediums of artistic expression.

Anyone who can hold up their end of a conversation, especially in an interesting way.

I love learning new things and anyone who can offer something new for my mind to ponder will definitely be welcomed into my circle of friends. Also: If you find my background pleasing, please check out Frail's Deviant Art . He is very talented and I would hate to use his art without giving him credit.

Here's a bit of semi "real-time" fun

This is currently based on Last.fm's radio selections,
so it is not quite an accurate representation of my listening tastes, but it'll give you an idea.

Feel free to mock my eclecticness.

And yes, I realize that's not a word, but just run with it.

Here are my top artists via Last.fm. I thought it was neato so here it is.
