The World Beauty Orgaization of the MISS INTERCONTINENTAL & MISTER INTERCONTINENTAL competitions is an international company that millions of people know because of three annual television events. The Organization provides the different opportunities career training and life experiences, both for women and men. With a year-round support of all their aspects, life, own personal goals to social causes and work, WBO can help.Our delegates are a combination of intelligence and beauty, fashion oriented and open minded. As perfect role models, they are an unique example for the youth and their goals and views. Our focus of all three events is to produce an excellent show with a "first class" entertainment factor. Our productions have the opportunity to add important segments and symbols of each host country to show it to millions of people around the globe.With offices in Panama and New York as well with representatives worldwide our company is staffed by directors and specialists in the fields of beauty and modelling. Therefor we are able to reach every country and state in the world.The MISS INTERCONTINENTAL pageant will be telecast usually in Summer and the MISTER INTERCONTINENTAL doesn't have a fixed date but usually done in Autumn.Each year, delegates from about 70 countries competing for the title of MISS INTERCONTINENTAL;,for MISTER INTERCONTINENTAL we get about 40 countries each year. While in MISS INTERCONTINENTAL, the delegates must be at least 17 years old and under 27.In MISTER INTERCONTINENTAL the candiates must be 18 year old and under 36 years of age.The way to the crown is not easy, as preliminary step, each Delegates compete in local pageants; these are produced by our pageant directors in many countries around the world. These winners become the Delegates for each national contest.After they have won the national contest they are qualified to enter MISS INTERCONTINENTAL. our state directors who are organising a seperate election or Casting to select the winner to compete in our event.Whoever said "DIAMONDS" are a girls best friend has never seen the Miss Intercontinental Crown! Girls normally dream of being a princess, dressed in a beautiful gown and wearing a sparkling tiara amongst her other jewellery. But one lucky young lady's dreams will come true in October 2008 at our world wide pageant when she is crowned Miss Intercontinental World. The crown has been custom made for the World Beauty Organisation (WBO) and bears over 700 perfect diamonds weighing 16 carats plus a large diamond of 5 and a half carats filled with water from the famous yellow river in china, in all this crown is unique with total weight of 21 carats.
