About Me

Bridgette is a native of Texas, born in Corpus Christi and raised in the hill country. She grew up listening to her mom and her band and was no stranger to the stage, by the age of 3 she was a regular at her moms shows. Singing was in her blood! She started writing and singing in local competitions during her high school days when she wasn't floatin the Frio river, on a tube of course! After high school and several years of seeing the country, from Arizona to Colorado, she ended up in Oregon. Bridgette met her husband, Dustin, in 1996 while both were singing in a local night club in Tualatin, Oregon.Dustin is a Oregonian, born and raised in Oregon City, Oregon. Dustin found his voice while singing in the choir. Realizing his talent he began singing in competitions and wedding parties. Dustin moved to Nashville in 1996 but quickly found himself homesick. Dustin was introduced to Clay Meyers and was strongly encouraged to give the music city another chance. So, in 1998 he moved back to Nashville, this time bringing his parents and a few friends back with him. In 2003 he moved Bridgette (and Tuf) to Tennessee and they married in Gatlinburg in 2004.Dustin and Bridgette continue to live in the Nashville area with children Tuf & Belle, both with day jobs, Bridgette is a REALTOR with Village Realestateand Dustin is a self employeed builder, while both are still trying to make a name for themselves as singers and songwriters!

My Interests

Music:

Band Members: Bridgette - Vocals and writing.Dustin - Vocals, Guitar and writing.
Influences: Bridgette - I grew up on the old stuff, Merle Haggard, K.T. Oslin, The Judds, whatever came on the radio is what was being played around our house. The first concert i bought tickets to was Sawyer Brown but my first BIG crush was on Neal McCoy but honestly, i listened to everything and still do! I do venture away from country from time to time, i love Chris Daughtry and i listen to alot of Nickelback, 3 Doors Down and even alittle Jack Johnson on rainy days. Now as an adult, my biggest influences are probably Jeffery Steele and The Warren Brothers, John Rich and Big Kenny as singers, writers and performers! Although i feel inspired by many of the newer artists as well; Craig Morgan, Miranda Lambert....Dustin - Garth Brooks is who turned me on to country! There is something about his voice that stops me. Others that inspire me range from Elton John to Steeley Dan, Bruce Hornsby all the way back to Heuy Lewis! My current influences are Jeffery Steele, Jason Aldean, Big & Rich...Hinder, Nickelback. My influences are many!
