I have a restless spirit, that's why I love the stillness in practicing yoga. I learn from the world around me. I learn from the people amidst me. I discern from the bad and the ugly. I have such an appreciation for the observant, I have esteem for the observed. I know that in this world we cannot get along with everyone but that sure as hell doesn't stop me from trying. I love to love and love to be loved. I work at 2 fabulous jobs....#1 where I give 100% onstage performing for a timeless show and the other where I give 100% in the studio kicking people's asses with loving kindness. The people I work with, I hold them all precious in my heart. We work together for a reason - sanity (or unsanity), laughter and to share memories. The quote of my world right now is, "Take it easy."
