In my Emptiness, I am Somehow Fulfilled...

About Me

eBay seller ID = jazzy1453
The Devil tells me to make `em, so you should go buy my dolls now! ;)
Meet my husband...who is apparently the devil!
*~*My dolls have crept their way into the hearts and homes of some pretty notable people. This makes me proud and excited at the same time! The following people now own Holly's Creepy Dollies: The INCREDIBLY talented, awesome comic book artist, Tommy Castillo; the two Marks at Weird NJ Magazine; author of "Weird Pennsylvania" and more, Matt Lake; The Rue Morgue Magazine; Brian from TAPS - The Atlantic Paranormal Society AKA "Ghost Hunters" on the Sci-Fi Channel; and now...the one that leaves me the most awestruck - George A. Romero. THE George A. Romero! I'm a huge fan, so I know how blessed I am! And I just wanted to share this with my lovely customers, fans, and friends!*~*
I am a member of two, fantastic art groups on eBay: ODEYZ and SEHA. Please go to eBay and type those five and four letter terms under "Search" to see everyone's work, including mine!

My name is Holly and I am an artist and a writer. I sell hand made, Outsider Art, Gothic Creepy "Voodoo" Dolls, Rag Dolls, Paintings, and more under my eBay username: jazzy1453. Check me out; I list at least four new auctions every Friday night around 10 pm EST. As a writer, I work mostly in fiction -- dark tales that tend to focus on the morbid and the morbidly terrifying -- but I also write poetry and non-fiction articles. I'm into SO many things, from reading, photography, collecting dolls and all things HALLOWEEN, to amateur ghost hunting, music, and nature.

My Interests

Collecting: Anything and everything HALLOWEEN; Gothic, big or sad eyed dolls -- Blythe, Pullip, Goth or Creepy dolls (such as BE Goths, Living Dead Dolls, Krypt Kiddies, etc.) -- skeletons, gargoyles, trolls from www.trolls.com, Day of the Dead stuff, vintage owls from the 1970's...too much to list it all!

I love hiking in the woods, walking through the city at night in warm weather, flower gardening, and many different forms of art. I love animals and home decorating, and I love to dress my house up for Halloween - my favorite holiday. I also like playing and watching video games, especially survival horror/horror such as: Silent Hill, Resident Evil, The Suffering, Fatal Frame, Legacy of Kain, etc. I'm friendly and open-minded, spiritual and meditative, but dark and introspective, too...
P.S. ~ I love Autumn, photographing tombstones, and vampires...so, if you know of any vampires walking amongst tombstones in the autumn, give me a call! ;)
More of my Handmade Creepy Dolls:

I'd like to meet:

Stephen King, Vincent Price (RIP), Clive Barker, maybe a real vampire...LOL! :)
On here, like-minded people with similar interests to mine. Guys and girls for friendship, and of course, customers to buy my dolls! ;)

Music:

Metal (and some Punk): KILLSWITCH ENGAGE, Sirenia, Poisonblack, White/Rob Zombie, System of a Down, NIN, Disturbed, Lacuna Coil, Type O Negative, Tool, Evanescence, Staind, Marilyn Manson, The Offspring, old Metallica, Godsmack, The Misfits, My Chemical Romance, Breaking Benjamin, Rammstein, Devil Driver, Cradle of Filth...etc.

Movies:

Virtually Anything Horror: SAW; Saw 2; Saw 3; Event Horizon; Sleepy Hollow; The House on Haunted Hill; the original Night of the Living Dead and EVERY George A. Romero movie; The Shining; Interview with the Vampire; Queen of the Damned; The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (original and remake); Darkness; From Hell; House of 1000 Corpses; The Devil's Rejects; Ravenous; The Hellraiser Movies (I LOVE Pinhead); Pet Cemetery; Misery; The Silence of the Lambs; Red Dragon; Seven; Underworld; Underworld: Evolution; Dawn of the Dead; Resident Evil 1 & 2; The Evil Dead; The Evil Dead 2; Army of Darkness; Cabin Fever; Wrong Turn; The ToolBox Murders...if it's scary or bloody, I'll most likely love it!

Comedy: Some of my favorites are Napoleon Dynamite; Shaun of the Dead; The Waterboy; Happy Gilmore; Old School, Wedding Crashers, etc.

Television:

I don't watch too much TV -- just not enough time in my day. But I like shows about ghost hunting (like GHOST HUNTERS on Sci-Fi - which is the BEST - and Dead Famous is pretty cool), Masters of Horror, The Sopranos, Scrubs, Family Guy, South Park, and of course, The Simpsons! Homer RULES!

Books:

Don't get me started! I am an avid reader, to the point where it's almost an addiction. Ask my poor hubby...he's practically buried under a pile of books!

I strongly believe in supporting my favorite authors and telling anyone who will listen how great they are. I hope to be a published author one day soon! Here's a short list, as there are too many to name them all: Stephen King, Brian Lumley, Clive Barker, Anne Rice, Poppy Z. Brite, Thomas Harris, Peter Straub, Kathe Koja, Richard Layman, Douglas Clegg, H.P. Lovecraft, Edgar Allen Poe, Bentley Little, Bryan Smith, Thomas Sullivan, Graham Masterton, Charlaine Harris, Laurell K. Hamilton, Tim Lebbon...
