About Me

Born and raised in California, I'm divorced and have three grown kids. I live on my boat in a South Bay Marina. I own a small Architectural firm and just started a movie production company. I'm currently writing a action adventure screenplay set in the Caribbean. I like going to the movies and hanging with friends. My Interests

The beach, classic movies, weekend trips, architecture, history (local, state and world), veggie cooking, camping, road biking, people watching, concert in the park, and picnics. I read constantly, newspapers, magazines, books anything I get my hands on. I've always own a camper, so I like to take weekend or three day trips up the coast to Cambria, Morro Bay, Ojai, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Solvang, etc. Stay in the camper or get a room and explore the local restaurants, shops, art gallery's, museums, beaches and other points of interest.

I'd like to meet:

I'm interested in networking with interesting people from all walks of life. Topic's include (but not limited too) architecture, blues, Caribbean, cycling, environmental issues, fitness & health, global politics, jazz, movie buffs, movie producing, photography, reggae, salsa, screenplay writing, vegan & vegetarian cooking, wine and writing in general.

Music:

I like most music Pop, Old School Oldies (Especially Motown) Jazz, Reggae, Blues, Salsa, Rock, Disco, Classical, some Hip Hop and most stuff in between. I don't watch much network TV anymore, mostly PBS. Right now it's Jeopardy, California Gold, The History Detective's, BBC News, reruns of the old Twilight Zone and a basketball or football game.

Books:

I have lots of books, but mostly non-fiction. I have travel books (especially the Caribbean), cook books (especially vegetarian), music, movies and Hollywood, Architecture and History. I recently read "The Tipping Point," and I'm currently reading my way through Ian Fleming's James Bond books.
