Mac Tyi is a Independant female artist from San Francisco’s Bayview Hunters Point District. Mac Tyi comes from a family of pimps and hustlers. her mother was a drug dealer and a pimp. her father was a drug dealer and a gang banger. she came from nothing but poverty and the struggle. she grew up at a early age where she was exposed to the life of crime and violence at a early age. she had the love for music since the early age of 5 years old. at the age 16 she coped 2 felonies and a misdemeanor for assult with a deadly weapon. she ran the streets getting in and out of trouble as a teenager so she was no stranger to the life of crime until she changed her life around for the better. Mac Tyi turned her frustrations and anger to Music. through out her career has gone through ruff times trying to make it like any other artist. Mac Tyi continued to make a name for her self on the streets. she took part in freestyle battles on the streets rapping against males. her being the only female she always stood out. she participated in countless Talent Shows, competions, and opening shows. 1993-Recorded Mix-Tape streets of San Francisco produced by ’’Mac Tyi’’ 1994-Recorded H.P.
