About Me

***NEW VOX & JACKS TUNES IN OUR PLAYER!***
Vox and Jacks, Jacks and Vox
, what's in a name....
VOX AND JACKS... blah blah, from Belgium, blah blah, house, electro, club, hacienda, blah blah. Previously releasing tracks with Rekash on PIAS, blah blah. New tracks and re-mixes by people you know soon, blah blah. Do you like to read? Then go ahead.
Vox and Jacks met each other somewhere 2004 and formed electro-pop band Rekash (with Danny Vee on guitars). They signed with SAMR records and PIAS and released a few singles. Their characteristic sound was appreciated: the singles "Blue" and "The Same Mistake" both made it into the Belgian music television charts. Because of the sound or because of the sexy videos? Say no more.
After an unforgettable trip with Rekash with gigs in places like Café d'Anvers (with Dr Lektroluv), John Vox and Phil Jacks reoriented theirselves and continued as "Vox & Jacks". Experimenting more than ever with electronic music, influenced by decades of pop & rock music. Vox and Jacks are in the V&J-studios recording new tracks for new releases in the coming months.
Check out this MYSPACE regulary for updates.
