Biography
I started my career busking on the streets of London, when a four-day trip to the UK to see Paul McCartney turned into years. Jamming with some musician friends, I became fascinated with the bass guitar so much so that back in Hungary I went to music college and even got a private teacher to learn more.
My bass career got underway with playing smoke-filled blues pubs and smarter stages with various bands. By then I had dedicated my life to music.
I turned professional in 2005 when I became a full-time member of the band SID. Our first album, entitled Studio was followed by four chart-topping singles Nap Felé, Pearl, Hello and Make It. The music videos of these songs are on heavy rotation on Hungarian commercial and music channels. We have since played over 200 concerts on the frontline of the Hungarian music scene and have opened for legendary bands like Omega in various European countries.
I also regularly work with other well-known Hungarian musicians. We have recently played a concert with Peter Gerendas, and an album is in the works with Adam Devenyi and the „Atmeneti Kabatâ€, to which I contributed not only as a bass player but an arranger as well. Some demo songs from this album can be sampled below.
