..FIRST & FOREMOST Make sure you catch me in the recurring role of Yvonne Nightingale on Lincoln Heights. The show airs on ABC FAMILY Tuesday's at 8pm. My debut is on Tuesday, Oct 9th.I am a local AND nationally syndicated radio DJ. I've done morning at Power 106 in Los Angeles. Worked at the Beat when it was 92.3 and 100.3. I worked my way from Greensboro, NC to Hollywood and its been a great ride.Once I got to Hollywood, I added TV personality to my resume. I was the voice of BET's Comic View for years. I was also the announcer for the Keenen Ivory Wayans Show. My Interests

JUST NETWORKING! Translation- not interested in any romantic inquiries. This is just a really cool place to promote myself and network with people I wouldn't ordinarily get to meet.

I'd like to meet:

..They say the best way to figure out what you want is to identify what you don't want. I don't want to meet any Hollywood types. Something happens to people when they move out here. Or maybe it's just that only certain types of people move out here. Either way, I'm cool, laid back and humble. I'd like to meet other people who are talented, evolved and grounded.

Music:

Prince, Michael Jackson, Sade, Sting. I love the Neo-soul vibe - Baduism, Miseducation of Lauryn, Amel, Jill Scott. I've worked in every radio format except country, so I have a real appreciation for good music.

Movies:

The Usual Suspects, The Matrix, The Joy Luck Club. Can I add Lord of the Rings? I also like indy films.

Television:

Dave Chapelle Season 2, Adult Swim, Reno 911, South Park. CSI and Law & Order Criminal Intent. I won't watch reality tv and you can't make me!

Books:

Heroes:

A hero to me is someone who follows the road less travelled. They are the lone voices in a sea of "yes men." They are the ones who do what's right even when nobody's watching. Hereos aren't always powerful leaders. There are plenty of everyday hereos who are strong, ethical humantarians.
