Just bought these CHP bikes to be surf racks for my new Scott Anderson board.
This is what we do until 5 am on the weekend for fun. We drove it the first time in 30 years or so down to the neighborhood Friendly Mart and bought ice cream through the friendly bulletproof glass. Times have changed in Hawthorne since the Beach Boys, but the car is the same.

Where you end up is up to you, but it doesn' t happen in months, but years.This is an unpaid apprenticeship that may lead to a paid position. The work: clean toilets, mop floors, clean parts, run errands, wash and detail cars, maybe help with listing and finding cars online. Get very dirty, greasy, frustrated, and work for peanuts.
