I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

Over the past few years a dedicated team of animal lovers have worked relentlessly to pave the way for an animal sanctuary in Rhodes Greece. Their endevours came to fruition when at the end of March 2007 we aquired the land to realize our dream. We are indebted to the management and staff of Gennadi Town Hall for all their help and support in making this possible. The location is quite simply beautiful and has become our land of hope to build and equip a sanctuary to home all types of animals that are crying out for our help and protection. It is with thanks to the generosity of our members and supporters that has enabled us to begin helping the plight of abandoned puppies and dogs. With what resources we have our small band of volunteers are puling out all the stops to create temporary compounds and shelter to care for them. To date over 200 puppies and dogs have been rescued, all who have received medical care, food, shelter and many have found loving homes. Our situation is desperate. We urgently need funds to meet our current on-going costs to enable us to continue with our mission. Fundraising is absolutely crucial to our cause and I appeal to you to become a member of Noah's Ark and support our various fundraising initiatives.I would welcome your ideas and views on animal welfare, please do not hesitate to get in touch. On behalf of the animals of Rhodes thank you.

Amongst those who will be leaving are several of the litter of nine white pups, including our 'star' Patch. We hope she will have a long and happy life in her new home. You can still see her in our 'sponser a dog' section and at the end of October we will put her in our picture Gallery.www.noahsarkrhodes.com
