Unauthorized copying, adapting, display or re-publication of this recipe (or any part of this recipe) in any material form is strictly prohibited.Crispy Tiliapia Fish Tacos Served w/ Mango Salsa2 filets of Tilapia 4 Corn Tortillas 1 cup of oil 2 Tablespoons of Butter or Margerine Green Bell Pepper Diced Red Bell Pepper Diced 4 limes Bunch of Chopped Cilantro of a diced Marinated Jalapeno 1 Teaspoon of Chili powder Teaspoon of Cumin Teaspoon of Salt Teaspoon of Black Pepper Teaspoon of Onion Powder 1 Clove of Minced GarlicIn a small dish season fish with salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, onion powder and garlic on both sides. Sprinkle on top of fish of cilantro and also squeeze 1 whole lime over fish. Let fish marinate in this mixture for at least 2 hours and set aside.Warm butter in a medium skillet, When butter is melted place in fish and juices from marinade and cook with medium heat. Sprinkle with jalapeno the rest of the cilantro, and diced bell peppers (you can save some of the cilantro and bell peppers to garnish the finished taco). Squeeze more lime juice over fish and then turn fish and cook the other side after about 3-5 minutes, you will know when the fish is completely done when it appears firm and is white.Place chunks of fish in taco shells and garnish with Mango Salsa, Bell Peppers, Cilantro, and Sour Cream. Also squeeze lime juice over finished taco and enjoy!!To prepare taco shells warm oil in a skillet and then place in torilla flat. When tortilla begins to bubble then fold to make a taco shell and cook for about 2 more minutes. Remove taco shell from oil and pat dry w/ a paper towel to remove excess oil. )
