VanGoth

Powerful like a dark phoenix rising from his own ashes, this year VanGoth hits the scene with a newly re[de]fined dynamic band sound: expect a unique brand of gothic-tinged, rock/metal with an edge that ranges from atmospherical to in-your-face, featuring delicate flute melodies and soulful female vocals.
Originally formed in 2001, VanGoth, while staying true to their gothic roots, have continually evolved and had to go through a number of lineup changes to become the band they are today.
In 2007 the band wrote some new material, rearranged some older favourites and recorded a handful of tracks at their rehearsal space.
Now they are looking forward to playing live again and meeting you!
Mächtig wie ein dunkler Phönix, der aus der eigenen Asche aufersteht, präsentiert sich VanGoth im neuen, ureigenen Soundgewand: raffinierter Gothic Rock/Metal mit Ecken und Kanten, der ein Spektrum von atmosphärisch bis aggressiv umfasst, verbindet sich mit grazilen Flötenmelodien und gefühlvollem weiblichen Gesang.
Die Band entstand bereits 2001 und entwickelte sich seither beständig weiter, wobei sie ihren schwarzen Wurzeln stets treu blieb. Etliche Besetzungswechsel waren über die Jahre nötig, um die Band zu dem zu machen, was sie heute ist.
2007 arbeitete VanGoth an neuem Material, überarbeitete einige ältere Lieblingsstücke und nahm eine Handvoll Songs im Proberaum auf.
Nun ist es an der Zeit, auch wieder live aktiv zu werden! Wir sehen uns!
