In this show, Caito creates an involving atmosphere using different ethnic instruments combined with his voice, sometimes sounding like many musicians. Alternating between his unique percussion setup and the marimba, the pandeiro, the dambek, the caxixis, the xilophone and others uncommon instruments, like the Hang, yet rebaptized as “UFOâ€, Caito Marcondes synthesizes his rich experience as an instrumentist, composer and arranger, presenting some of his various compositions, as well as arrangements of important brazilian composers’ songs. Being for him the first impulse of creation, the improvisation is strongly present, making each performance a unique and exclusive moment.-:-:-:-:-:-:-Participating in european festivals since 2003, Caito is now involved in a project called 'Caito Marcondes Connecting Orchestra' with the italian Arkè String Quartet, clarinetist virtuose Gabriele Mirabassi and the master of trombone Louk Boudesteijn.
