***PLEASE READ BEFORE ADDING ME!!!***Vincent D'Onofrio and Viggo Mortensen in a dark alley! Hmmmmm... ;) LOL!! ;) Seriously, cool people w/similar interests are always welcome. :) I'm not one to "collect" people, so if we don't have anything in common, please move on...Assclowns, assheads, jackasses...you get the idea---people who think that idiot Assclown W. Bush is a great president, drama queens (or kings)...The picture says it all: I HATE drama!!! We are not in high school anymore people! However, seems like some people forget that and try to draw others into their BS. :( In other words, just go through my profile before putting an add request in. If you already know me outside of here, just put the request in, of course. Thanks! :)
Mainly 80's new wave, alternative, electronic, goth, industrial, dark wave, dance, hard rock, old school rap, Tejano, classical... You're just looking for love. You're very
emotional, and a lot of sad teenagers are going
to turn to you when they feel like shit.
You're also into BDSM, you devil, you.

You're a Depeche Mode Fan first and foremost. You
hate all the Ricki Lake style drama swirling
around your
favorite band. There is no Dave vs. Mart. Just DM.You wouldnt mind Alan coming back to save the day
though, just to have all the gang together for
one last album and tour.Your message to the band: Cant we all just get
along?

You are The Queen Is Dead, considered by many to be
The Smiths' best album. It has a mixed theme of
love and loneliness, and includes the beautiful
songs I Know It's Over, Bigmouth Strikes Again,
and There is a Light that Never Goes Out

Your Evanescence song is: Going Under
You are or have been in a relationship where
you were suppressed and unhappy. You were
treated badly, and were somewhat brainwashed.
Now you've woken up and are in deep pain. You
want some gratitude for all things you have
done for him/her, but don't get any. You feel
like you are falling and have difficulty
getting back on the right track again since
your mental abuse has taken a toll on you.

I love comic books! Some faves include: X-Men, Wolverine, Elektra, Daredevil, Spiderman, Wonder Woman, Catwoman, Batman, Sin City, League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, many more... Comic strips I like include: Garfield (my favorite for ages&ages), Peanuts, The Far Side, Calvin and Hobbes, Baldo, La Cucaracha, The Boondocks and Red Meat. As for other literature/authors, I love Stephen King (The Stand and Dark Tower series are some of my favorites), Tolkein (duh!), Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Laurell K. Hamilton (esp. the Anita Blake Vampire Hunter series, I'm just starting on the Merry Gentry books), Harry Potter series, Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy "trilogy", Chronicles of Narnia, Angels & Demons, His Dark Materials trilogy (Golden Compass, etc.), Bridget Jones' Diary, Tennessee Williams, Edgar Allan Poe, Shakespeare, Brave New World, House of the Spirits, most everything. I've always loved reading (the library was my second home back when I was in school, esp. during the summer) and after working @a used bookstore, it only fueled my "addiciton." So it figures I love books. :)
Although I don't really have "heroes" I've always admired Joanie Laurer (AKA Chyna) formerly of the WWE. Although she's had a lot of problems (I heard she dumped that asshat she was dating, X-Punk, er X-Pac-good for her, but she was on VH1's Celebrity Rehab earlier this year so she's still sorting things out), I got a lot of inspiration from her look and that she's a tough, intelligent, beautiful woman who doesn't take sh*t from anyone. That's right! ;)I love Mariska Hargitay's character Olivia Benson from Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. She definitely earned that Emmy she won for that role and she is so beautiful, just like her mother (Jayne Mansfield) :)I just love Elektra. Even dressed up as her a few times on Halloween as well as named my cat after her. :) The movie version was crap, but I still saw it b/c I love the character...And any other strong, intelligent women, both real and fictional are always great in my book. :) NO wimpettes!!!!
