Marie Music's Upcoming EventsMarie was singing as long as she can remember. That what she can..t remember her parents told her that even at the age of 2 years people gathered around her after sermon in church, have put her on top of an concert piano so everybody could see her and listen to her little songs she sang. "So that makes sense", Marie thinks everytime she reminds this story, "God have put the heart for music from the beginning on in me", and as she smiles she says, "I know today that I am the happiest when I can sing highest praises to my dear and precious Lord Jesus, when I can tell in my own individual way through wonderful music what I experienced and yet experience with God. There are so much wonderful things to tell the whole world about Jesus and music is the way God gave me to make it personal. I want everybody to get to know Jesus and become happy forever like I did. " And this is all about Marie Music Ministry. Marie wants to introduce you through her music with the one who gave her the songs in her heart and made her happy, Jesus Christ. She wants to be an instrument in Gods use to touch and inspire the people to give him a try to know him.Marie was born and grew up in Vienna, Austria in a migrant christian family with 3 brothers. In her life she came in touch very early with deep painful experiences when her 12-year old brother died after long years of suffering from brain cancer when she was 8. Nothing was the same anymore. Her feelings for security and peace were deeply shattered. She learned in the following years sometimes the hard way (among other experiences her mother died also of cancer when Marie was 18), that Life is only worth living if God is directing and filling it. She learned the most from her brother and mother, that only, if you give yourself completely in Gods hands you will have real happiness and peace. Today she lives a fulfilled Christian life with her husband and 14-year old daughter and loves to share her experience, her knowledge and Gods spirit with others in need. The way she spreads it and wants to leave an impact to the world is through her music.Music was always a part of Marie..s Life. At the age of 6 she started learning piano, she attended music school learning beside piano also flute, organ and mandolin(that’s a Slavic string instrument). She sang in multiple children choirs and in adult choirs and groups and sang regularly at sermons and concerts. The first time she began to write songs was at the age of 9 – it was a tune for kids. Marie was in her church the choir leader for years and she is always involved in music projects, whether it is writing, arranging, singing or playing.From 2002 she sang with the Austrian Youth Choir “S4J-Sing for Jesus” and recorded a CD with them. 3 years ago (2005) God called her to 2 special projects where she is currently involved in. She is touring with the first Serbian Gospel Choir called “Merry Gospel Choir”. The second project, where she is writing, arranging and singing is a Serbian Mission Music Group called “Messenger(Vesnik)”. She recorded a Solo-CD in Serbian language at 2005 and with the Merry Gospel choir a CD and Live DVD-Project 2006, also with the Messenger Group is currently a CD Recording soon to be released. Now she is prepairing for her very first english CD Release "Glory to God" and sometimes she wonders how wonderfully God made all this possible. Marie is very happy that God called her to be a part of all of this. Until now she has had multiple concerts and appearances all over Europe like Austria, Germany, Serbia, Croatia, France, and England.This is what Marie says: “How can I be silent when I know of something that is worth more than all Gold and Silver and treasure of our whole world together? I will tell everybody who wants to hear where you can find it”.Psalms 30,12 My heart may sing to you and not be silent.
