CITYPRINCESS... from the Streets

About Me

I was born in Elsdon, grew up in Clearing then moved to Burbank (Illinois). All three neighborhoods are located on the southwest side of Chicago, near Midway Airport. It's where I now reside after I spent some time living in Central Florida.
Clearing is a neat place and was established during the Great Depression. I grew up on "Factory Row," a set of homes built near factories as they housed the workers during this period. This place is primarily "blue collar" and takes a lot of pride in where we live.
The corner pubs are friendly, we have great looking bungalows, mom and pop businesses, a great sense of community, and of course, this area produced many generations of our terrific Fire and Police Officers. People here still embrace helping each other out and giving back to our neighborhood.
Chicago people live life with passion, are direct yet friendly and once you meet many of them, feel like you're known them forever.
I joined myspace to meet new people, locally and far away, and to also express my creativity.
Stop by and say hello!
