•Dj Man is one of the most famous and acclaimed Djs in southern Spain leading the way in the early 90’s with Hardcore, Jungle and BreakBeat. He has a very special style making scratches, powerful frequency cuts and radical cuts, giving his sessions a great style and definition. This charismatic Dj mixes every break style such as ElectroBreak, TechBreak, Nu..Skool and even the darkest Drum..n..Bass. For the last few years, he is playing Electro, ElectroClash and TechnoPop sessions as Dj Wëll. ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------- •In 1988, Dj Man started his career as resident Dj in some of the most important clubs in Sevilla such as Area, Catedral, Totem Tanz, Fábrica de Colores, EM... In 1992 he created T.H.F (The Hardcore Foundation) production company which he organized the most successful events in the south of Spain at that time. Two years later he established S.U.R, the first agency promoting events and representing Djs in southern Spain. ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------- •During the summers of ’93 ’94 and ’95, he was the resident of the distinguished Club “Amnesia” in Caños de Meca, Spain. Then, in ..98, he moved to Ibiza for the season residing in one of the most famous clubs around the world "Privilege Ibiza". After that, he started working with different “bookings” such as Satisfaxion, Nätural, TotemTanz or Unión. ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------- •He has played in all the best clubs in the south of Spain, and many others clubs as important as: 8 TechnoClub, Zentraus, City Hall, La Rotonda, KGB, Traffic... (Barcelona); Big Ben (Lérida); La sala del Cel (Gerona); Revolver, Kapital, Transgresion, Nature... (Madrid); Komplot,Subterfugio (Valladolid); Elemental Events (Tenerife); Isla Tortuga, Mood, Factory, Natura (Lanzarote); Kadok (Algarve / Portugal); APE-X @ Concorde2, The Fiesta @ Ocean Rooms (Brighton / England)... ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------- •Dj Man was a fundamental component in practically every party, festival and macro festival of Andalucia such as: RainDance, Apotheosis, EspárragoRock, F.I.M.E.S, Festivalia, Eurosounds, TribalNätion, RocketFestivalSpain, BreakNätion, FlashBack, Live Dance Festival, ... ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------- •Throughout the last 19 years he has been the headline artist in many events, sharing decks with very important Djs and producers such as: The Prodigy, Chemical Brothers, Westbam, Junkie XL, Altern 8, Ellis Dee, Orbital, Über Zone, Adam Freeland, Freq Nasty, Plump Dj..s, Meat Katie, Lord Aswod (Public Enemy), Aquasky, Krafty Cuts, Soul of Man, Future Funk Squad, Will White (Propellerheads), Dj Hiper, Hybrid, Layo & Buschwacka, Lee Combs, Dj Quest, Stereo 8, Pendulum, Koma & Bones, JDS, Tayo, Elite Force, Autobots, Deekline, Breakfastaz, Distortions... among many more. ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------- •Besides playing in clubs and festivals, he has also played at closing parties including La Fura dels Bau and Art Futura…and for some radio and TV programs as well. ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------- •At the beginning of 2005 Dj Man created Pornoschool Records along with Dj Memo, a label with will start distributing work at the beginning of 2006, focusing on cool Electro, ElectroBreak and Clash. ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------- •An essential element in the Spanish break scene and reference for many. • ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ -------------------------------
•Dj Man es uno de los más reputados y solicitados djs del sur de España y fue pionero a nivel nacional, a principios de los ..90, en sonidos como: HardCore, Jungle y BreakBeat. Posee un estilo muy característico realizando scratches, cortes de frecuencia y paradas radicales, e imprime a sus sesiones una gran fuerza, tanto sonora como visual. Es uno de los dj españoles más versátiles, abarcando todos los estilos “Break”, desde el "ElektroBreak" o "TechBreak" hasta el "Drum..n..Bass" más oscuro. También se prodiga, desde hace unos años, en sesiones "Electro", "ElectroClash" y "TechnoPop" bajo el aka de Dj Wëll. ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------- •Comenzó en el año ..88 trabajando ya como residente en las salas más emblemáticas de Sevilla (Area, Catedral, Totem Tanz, Fábrica de Colores, EM...). En el ..92 fundó "THF" (The Hardcore Foundation), productora con la que organizó y colaboró en prácticamente todos los más exitosos "Raves" de Andalucía por aquellos años junto a la productora Satisfaxion. Dos años más tarde, en el ..94, fundó la primera organizadora, agencia de Djs y promotora compuesta solo por Djs: "S.U.R.". ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------- •Durante los veranos del ..93,..94 y ..95 fue residente en la conocida sala “Amnesia” (Caños de Meca) y en el verano del ..98 residió en "Privilege" (Ibiza). A partir de ahí, dejó sus residencias para trabajar con diferentes “bookings” como Satisfaxion, Nätural, TotemTanz o Unión. ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------- •Ha sido contratado en prácticamente todas las salas importantes del sur de España y en salas tan relevantes como: "8 TechnoClub", "Zentraus", "City Hall", "La Rotonda", "KGB", "Traffic"... (Barcelona); "Big Ben" (Lérida); "La sala del Cel" (Gerona); "Revolver", "Kapital", "Transgresion", "Nature"...
