I was born and raised in St. Louis, MO, and music was a part of my life at a very early age. I was brought up listening to oldies and Motown, and eventually contemporary pop. Before long, all genres were playing on my little tyke radio. One of the very first cassette tapes I remember purchasing was MC Hammer's 2 Legit 2 Quit.I've been playing the guitar and singing for over ten years now, writing my first song at the age of twelve. Over a thousand have followed since then, ranging in subjects from love and longing to hate and pain.In 2001, my best friend and I started a two person acoustic group called Gemini. It lasted for about two years, but as the saying goes, all good things must come to an end.From then on, I learned a thing or two about love and loss, which greatly inspired some of the music on my page today. More music came about, and before I knew it, I was in the studio making a demo which is what you hear today, but I'm hoping by the end of this year, full versions of these songs will be available. I'm working on it now, so hopefully with your help and a little luck, it'll happen.
