About Me

.. Layout Provided By FreeCodeSource.com - Myspace Layouts I messed this up earlier when I was trying to do something, so we'll see how far I get in trying to fix it. For the most part I know what I'm doing on here, I really do. lol.I'm my dad's only daughter, but I'm not a daddy's girl. My name is Erika. My nickname, well of them, is Baby girl. My grandfather (my dad's father) gave it to me. I love my friends! They're more like family to me than my family is. I love them with all my heart. I won't put my whole "story" on here. It's way too long and more to the point, too depressing...at least it is for me. I'm the only child my parents had (at a very young age). I love my parents very much. I have 2 younger brothers, who are now in college...and I'm very proud of them. And yes I did help my mom raise them. I have a wonderful step-mom,2 step-sisters and 2 step-brothers...1 niece and 3 nephews. I get along great with them and love them all. Do I want kids of my own? I haven't really decided yet, hopefully someday...I definitely want to keep my options open. A few words to describe me are loyal, nice, honest, responsible, dependable...o.k., that's more than a few, but you hopefully get the idea. I don't take myself too seriously, at least I try not to. I love to laugh and I have a huge tendency to be a smartass. I'm a nice, cool person, but if you f*** with me, or my friends, I can go from sweetheart to bitch in about a nano-second. I'm not really sure what else to put here at the moment, so...I'll just leave it at that for now.

My Interests

Shopping at the mall, making friends, hanging out with them. Working...playing...chatting on the computer. Reading, watching scary movies. Playing with my cat Sassy. Tons of other stuff, depending on my mood. I'm going back to school soon to work on my Associate's Degree. And after that, I may go further. I haven't really decided on that yet. But it's always good to have an education. I am the first one in the family to go to college and graduate. My baby girl... need I say more? *laugh*

I'd like to meet:

People from everywhere. I would like to meet different types of people. I have a very diverse group of friends and love meeting people. It doesn't matter where you're from or where you live. I would really like to meet people who live in Boston, Ma., though. People I can be friends with/ have a relationship with. You don't have to be from Boston or live there, but I'm working on moving there, and would love to know some people there before I get there. Mainly, I want to meet some good people I can be friends with. Good people who are real friends. Once I'm in Boston, then it can possibly turn into something more. Just be nice and don't be fake. I don't use people and I don't want to be used. Been there done that. I like meeting and becoming friends with people who do something when they say they're going to. If you're going to talk about it, then be prepared to do it. Bring it to the table. I've got my friends' backs, and I want them to have mine. If you want to be friends, you can send me a friend request and/or a message. I like to talk to people who send me requests before adding them. You know, just to make sure. I'm an easy person to get along with.I DON'T want to meet anyone who is going to try to pull shit with me or tries to be controlling. As I said before, if you're nice and not fake, you can message me. I would love to meet you. Just make sure that if you send me a friend request, you message me back...you don't get added until/unless you do.

Music:

I'm into a lot of music. Please be sure to check out some friends of mine...O.H. Pros., and LIT (BAMM). Carta of Pros is a great friend of mine. You like 'em give 'em an add. One of my favorite songs is "Bring Me to Life". I love "Scars" by Papa Roach, "Alone" by The Prom Kings. My theme song, or one of them is "Headstrong" by Trapped. I love that song, it really describes me, especially the line "Headstrong to take on anyone", that's me dealing with my family. Other songs, it depends on my mood or what I'm doing or going to do as to what I'm listening to. I've listened to Sweet Sensation for as long as I can remember. And I love SexyMexi...an awesome new friend of mine! One kind of music I don't like is country though...I can't stand it..This is a video of her rehearsing in her home studio...

Movies:

This depends on my mood too. I like comedies, some dramas. Most of the time, I can't go wrong with scary or horror movies. If I watch a horror movie that day, I most likely won't have nightmares that night. I know that probably sounds crazy, but it's completely the truth. If I'm with a friend or a lot of friends, I have no idea what I'll be watching. Of course, that can be scary too. I also like the Godfather movies.

Television:

I love The Sopranos. I've been known to watch some of the History Channel, and the Travel Channel, because I love to travel. I like a few sitcoms, although, I haven't really watched many of the new ones. Recently though, I've been watching The Office. And I really like it. I do watch some sports, so I can see how the Red Sox are doing. Boston Legal and Crossing Jordan are a big hit with me. Yes, I love Boston! O.k., yes, if you can't tell, I don't have much of a life yet. But I'm working on that. That's why I'm moving to Boston, Ma..

Books:

Too many to mention. I will mention this one though, the Bible. There are tons of others.

Heroes:

My friend Robin. She's older than me, but not too much older. In a lot of ways, she's been like a 2nd mother to me. We're like best friends, but she thinks a lot of me as one of her own. Which is a huge compliment. Love you Robin!! Another HUGE hero of mine is Gage Dole...he is an absolutely amazing little boy!!
