Gli Exalt Cycle nascono nel 2006, frutto della inquieta Milano, dalle idee rap-metal del loro leader e cantante “Zack” unitesi alle ritmiche dei riff prepotenti del chitarrista “Wolverine”. In seguito la formazione viene completata dall’arrivo di “Balo”, batterista energico e dall’indubbio talento musicale e da Andrea al basso che porta un la band verso le sue radici crossover più estreme. Lo stile musicale della band e’ una miscela impura di varie esperienze formanti una nuova struttura con originalità e spiccato senso artistico specialmente quando nelle composizioni appare l’aggiunta di percussioni e didgeridoo . A rendere ancora più particolare il suono e la voce degli Exalt Cycle sono le liriche sovversive, rabbiose e crude dai vocalismi sincopati in chiara chiave hip hop che protestano contro le multinazionali, il consumismo ed ogni forma di abusivismo e che chiedono liberta’ per ogni popolo. Liriche che spesso spingono la gente e sostenitori e reagire e a lottare per i propri diritti. La band dimostra una spiccata maturità mantendo un’essenzialita’ implicitamente rivoluzionaria nel vero senso del termine… …arrivano dalle viscere dell’underground per salire on stage e combattere la loro guerra “politically uncorrect”… PEOPLE STAND UP!!!
English Bio:
Exalt cycle is a four-piece band born in 2006 in Milan, Italy. Their sound is a mixture of the rap-metal lyrics of the singer Zack and the outstanding riffs of the guitarist "Wolverine". After a short period of time the line-up is completed with the drummer Balo who fills the sound with energy and plenty of ideas and also Andrea who carry the band toward their most extreme crossover and violent roots. Exalt Cycle's sound is a blend of different varieties and experiences which have formed a new and original sound often enriched with didgeridoo and tribal percussions. The thing that makes this four guys unique is the sound and the voice: subversive lyrics full of angry and harsh syncopated vocalisms from hip-hop old school which protest against over exploitation and ask for freedom for everyone. The aim of these songs and their lyrics is to make people reflects and take a position fighting for their own rights. The band stand out for their maturity and a sense of revolutionary spirit in its literal meaning… These four guys come from the bowels of the Italian underground music scene with the intent that to go on stage and fight their “politically uncorect” war… -People stand Up-
