About Me

Born in brooklyn and raised in miami, Lucien L. Wall, also known as " The Teknishun" grew up surronded by the Golden age of hip-hop where prime acts at the time were setting the trends that todays acts try to follow. His love for music developed from the surroundings of jazz, soul, blues, reaggae, and calypso music. Being reared in a West-Indian household(V.I and Kittian), he embraced hip-hop when he understood the purpose of the music. Having heavy influences with groups such as EPMD, RUN-DMC, and A tribe Called Quest, He started to become involved with hip-hop music as a DJ, developing his skill at social venues, and started his own mixtape series. His first Mixtape was release in 1996, calling in "Sewer Series", showcasing many "up and coming artists. It became a popular series in the miami underground circut and especially overseas, earning timeslots within the Armed Forces Radio Network under the wing of DJ RPM and Q the omnipresent based in Tampa. As timed passed, he began to steer towards production, Creating the IBMZ coaltion production movement with longtime friendsand business partners Miles Smith " Miles J." and Terrance J. Taylor "T-Dot". After a brief Hiatus in New York, He relocated back to Florida to pursue his dream of becoming one of the elite in music production where he plans to take the production company he created to sucessful levels. His Production credits include working with independent acts such as Dutch massive (nyc), O.S.P. (nyc), Imani( NYC and Fl), Quest Scorpidi(Fl), Primefacta( Fl), Telekenetics(Fl), DJ shinsu( beat street records, brooklyn), R.P.M.,( Fatbeats, Nyc), and Blackdiamond sounds (nyc). As well as pursing his bachelors degree in entertainment mangemnent from Full Sail in Orlando, Fl, He is also invloved in developing new acts, as well as creating his first solo lp. He currently resides in Orlando.
