Please go to my website (marcdanzeisen.com) for all the usual ego/bio info. In a nut shell here's the story... Came to LA in 1980, been in a million and a half bands. (four mattered), session drummer, songwriter, Pro tools engineer (like everyone in LA), stopped touring in 1994, had a son, was in the Brady Bunch Movie, started producing, started my own band POWERSLIDE, split that up in 1997, was drumming on a Comedy Central show called Don't Forget Your Toothbrush, had a daughter, started my own record in 2000, did some more crap around LA, (just hit me how much I hate LA) Now I'm recording some great Indy bands from all over, writing music for movie trailers and films, and doing session work. That's a quick look at what's up.NEWS FLASH! Go to your nearest white trash Wal-Mart and pick up the new Def Leppard CD. "YEAH" is the title. If you buy it at there you get a bonus CD with 4 more tunes on it. the first track is a cover of 'American Girl' by Tom Petty. I'm playing drums and singing backups. Cool?!!
JUST FINISHED playing drums on 'American Idol' runner-up Kathryn McPhee's record,and did more drumming on last years 'Rock Star INXS' runner-up Suzy McNeil's new record. Marti Fredriksen (pink,aerosmith, etc) produced. The San Diego band APPLESEED just released a new CD and it kicks ass. I'm lucky to have the chance to work with these guys. They are very talented. LATEST NEWS! New Def Leppard CD is coming out by summertime. AGAIN I'll be singing background vocals on a tune penned by Viv Campbell.

MORE NEWS! Working with 4 unbelievable female singers who are starting a great new project. Not only are they drop dead beautiful, they sing like like angels. I couldn't ask for a more perfect studio situation! I let you know more as it moves ahead.
