Andrew Quintero; Indie Producer, musician. At a young age Andrew knew music was what he wanted to be part of. He taught himself how to play the guitar at age 12, formed his first band at the age of 13 entitled "Stale Fish". This would serve as a vessel for his musical creativity for the next 5 years; their music could be described as being, hardcore melodic punk, full of energy, and fully appreciated by their local following. Playing lead guitar in "Stale Fish", Andrew gained experience as a performer and songwriter, being accountable for the majority of song formation.
Although the bands line-up changed throughout the years, his dedication remained consistent. In the year 1998, the band members decided to go their separate ways.Andrew continued to make advancements, completing a course in Pro Audio Home Recording and investing in the necessities for a recording studio/indie label. In 2001, Andrew completed "Transit 14" under the title of "Moxie Dose", which he produced, engineered, and composed all lyrics and music and played all instruments of the c.d.; an album eliciting vigor and intense emotion, grabbed with strong punk back beats and guitar harmonies.
In 2002, Andrew recruited the present band members of "Moxie Dose: and has been working together to bring better shows and songs to their fans and fellow music lovers.
James Vasilios Kanioros friends call me Jimmy. was born on February 20 in New York, NY near Queens. My family and I drove from New York to Florida when I was seven; two years later we moved to California.
I grew up mainly in Highland Park where my musical pursuits began. I was highly influenced when I was young by my father, Vasilios Kanioros. He played Greek Folk Spanish music using a banjo, classical and electric guitars while singing tn Greek and Italian for restaurants and small venues.
When I was 15 I began singing and writing lyrics for a punk rock band called "Stale Fish" along with a few friends. We played backyard gigs and parties in the area and all of L.A. I wrote about everyday struggles, loss and ways to pursue happiness without false Kings.

Starting out at the young age of 9, Albert Ruiz pursued the hypnotic pulsation of the percussion. At 9 years old, he took drumming lesson at Plaza de la Raza in Lincoln Heights. Thereafter, he participated in music programs available at his school that continued up through high school. He received award recognition for his dedication and rapid improvement, this of course was due to the hours of practice he spent devoted to his craft.
During his last year of high school he joined his first band called, "Smut". They'd play at backyard gigs throughout East Los Angeles area. In 1999 he quit "Smut" and gained experience by playing with numerous bands. In 2000, he joined "Fury", a San Gabriel punk band, this too would not last. In 2002, he finally found his spot in "Moxie Dose", where he adds a definite flare with his Latin Jazz timing and rhythm versatility.
