Sooo you are probably asking yourself “Who The Hell Is Brianna Colette”? This Creole Creation of French, Black, Italian, Spanish and Cherokee Indian is known as Brianna Colette Hardison. As seen in a number of print ads and commercials she was born in Nashville, TN and raised there and in Northern VA. Growing up she was the black sheep in a family full of women- the rebel without a cause and loved to be the center of attention. Whether it was dancing at family functions, singing or just being in every family photo possible, she lived to entertain people. After graduating high school in TN, she moved back to VA where it all began. On her 18th b-day her friends took her to her first night club in D.C where she got to meet some B-Boys for the first time (she had always wanted to learn how to BREAK) and there she met breakers who would unknowingly lead her into her next dream of fashion! Her crew was asked to perform at a Hip Hop fashion show at Howard Univ. She was asked if she would like to be in the fashion show as well. “Hell Yeah” she thought. From that moment she realized that all the things she had dreamt about were actually possible- anything was possible. She didn’t take no for answer. EVER. Her mom always said she was hard headed and she was. But that was the only way she was able to succeed. Dancing lead her to modeling which lead her to acting which then gave her the courage to write and perform her own music! With her new single “BOYS” just released onto itunes, her style is her own!!! Best described as a Jazzy PoP singer, her lyrics are original, catchy, and give you something to think about. The poet in her really comes out threw her words. Each song takes you somewhere in your mind. She is currently living in New York City and looking for back up singers, and musicians to put together a band.
