ZION SKINS

Zion Skin is a (non-racist) Skinhead ministry started by Rich Carlstedt; founder of Shanty Town Records and one of the fore-fathers of the Southern Californian SKA Revival bands of the late 80's/ early 90's; The Israelites. By permission from my friend Rich, I, Phillip aka PIP, have started this branch of the ministry on 'My Space'. I have recently come across loads of christian Skins dying for christian fellowship in the Skinhead scene. I wanted to start something to make it easier for us to get together, Lord willing!? This is NOT a Crew whatsoever!!! This is a minisrty started for the christian believers in the Skinhead scene. A way to look out for one another spiritualy; to pray for, encourage, bless, etc. Also to share our faith with our friends and families in this sub-culture that don't know about Jesus Christ and what He has done for them. That God sent His only Son to become man and to die on a Roman cross for our sins and pay the price in full! We ALL fall short of Gods glory and no matter how we may try to work our way to Heaven only Jesus' precious blood can get us there. Only through Jesus can one be saved, not by works or by any other people or means. We must realize we are sinners and in need of a Saviour, Jesus Christ. We must invite Him into our hearts to take control of our lives. Once one does that, you will need to get your hands on a Bible (The Holy Bible); God's Word to us. Get plugged into a Bible believing/teaching church, For fellowship and teaching of God's Word. Also read your Bible everyday, even if only a few lines. Pray to God through Jesus, our mediator, everyday; which is just talking to Jesus/God. And lastly, to share with others about your commitment to Jesus Christ. Any questions??
