Pat Carroll

I was born in NY, moved to the Bay Area when I was young, and started playing saxophone in the 5th grade. I was fortunate enough to have a great saxophone teacher growing up from the bay, Dann Zinn. I was also very fortunate while I was still in high school to listen to and play with phenomenal bay area musicians who had a great influence on me. A lot of the programs in the bay area helped moved me along including SFJAZZ, Monterey Jazz Festival, and the Brubeck Institute. I'm currently at my last year at Berklee trying to get the most out of it while I can.
