i love music, it just makes me feel right, im a dj/producer living in New York, i'm originaly from mexico city, i started playing records for a living back in 92, when studing in film school and got offered a job at a bar as the music selector, i love all kinds of music and listen to a wide selection of it, but when i dj, i spin mainly house music, but this past year i have been forging my sound to a more electro and techno kind of thing, i've played in mexico, new york, los angeles, san diego, san francisco, argentina and spain. i also play some eclectic downtempo when the ocation is right. as a producer i do different stuff under different alieases depending the mood, the BNLoco album, debut cd "echo en méxico" was released last year on my own label, beatness, and just got rereleased on the UK thru Sonic360, this year im workin on new stuff by uriel e, and some new bnloco, i have released stuff on mexican labels noiselab and Imeca music and done many remixes for many mexican bands, this includes work for Zoe, Molotov, Control Machete, Resorte, Plastilina Mosh (with who'm i toured for a few years as theyr srcatch dj), and some for international people like Ruisort, Latinsizer, Acida and Thievery Corporation, i have also produced a few bands, this past year i worked with BuddyAkai from San Diego, i also did Zoe's first album and Digi+Gabo's debut "no somos dj's", i miss my family and friends back in df, i love my ipod, computers and analogue synths, i love good food, specially mexican, italian and japanese, I love seafood and steaks, I love good red whine, whisky and oozo, i love a spliff, i love simple things.
