The first edition of Haskovska Maritsa came out in June the
19th 2003. It is an award winning newspaper. Most prestigious of its awards are second place for best regional newspapers won at the 11th Media festival in Albena 2005, first award of Guardian foundation for investigative journalism, two second awards from the High judicial council for publications focused on the work of Bulgarian court, first prize from the the non governmental organization Promedia for covering the illegal forms of child labour and children at risk, award from the Haskovo Camber of commerce and industry for portraying the business and economy in the rigion.You are now marked on my visitor map!
