Best friends, awesome photographs, high drama unfortunately sometimes, but mostly, the ability to endlessly chill; an open heart, being brave, being silly, sky-diving, tennis balls, pirates. Coldspring's tavern, long insightful conversations that sometimes lead everywhere and, once in a while, nowhere in particular, laughing out loud, a room full of half-asleep teenagers still in slippers, Danielle's big gold pick up truck. Brattiness once in a while, (think of it as pepper), nice guys that don't finish last. Bad boys you can tame, but once you tame them, honestly, they can be kind of boring. Remembering that. Feeling really great about absolutely nothing - and everything - 'cause hey, we all know we pick our moods. The Big Lebowski, jumping jacks, bright red uggs. A great cup of coffee. Paris, France. And knowing that whether we think we can - or we think we can't - we're probably right..............FAVS: John Mayer, Nick Drake, the Stones, the Beatles, Feist, Indigo Girls who should, by the way, be more famous because they're awesome, Joni Mitchell is in our blood like holy wine, Dan Fogelberg -- he reminds us of Big Sur, Elton (we named our dog Elton), our ringleader claims the balooz make her happy, anything rock 'cause it rocks, lots of stuff truly except for maybe jazz which is kinda complicated and has no lyrics and classical because we had to practice too much piano as a kid. Also Lyle Lovett is a hoot. Justin because he goes around and we share the same drummer. Bruce, Depeche Mode; hi, Martin! Lyle Lovett. I bet you're not even reading this long list. Does anybody read down all these long lists? Jeez, there's just so much to list...and please don't forget Trace Adkins. Nothing like a cool cowboy who can pen a tune. Seriously.
