almost everybody...and if you are really, really amazing, i will explain to you my 80% rule, which i have devised to explain both my friendships and my lovelife.
regressive. the only thing that is ever new any more is electronica. and i love electronica, but being a living breathing human being, i can't listen to just computers all the time. so as far as humans making noise, the more shitty, formulaic pop/hip-hop/R&B the industry turns out, the more i regress to the classics...old jazz, tribe called quest-era rap, marvin gaye-era r&b...zeppelin and other rock dinosaurs...yeah, there's some new mainstream stuff i love too, but it's all the same as everybody else. i must confess though...if the neptunes touched it, i will shake my ass to it like a highschool cheerleader.
i've yet to see any movie top "in the mood for love" for sheer cinematic beauty...not to sound like another snob, but hollywood hasn't given me any pleasure in years now.
