About Me

MyGen Profile Generator
The Supernovas are a young 4-piece from the Holloway Road of North London. They have been gigging around the country for just over three years, playing in many London venues including The Arts Club, The Garage, Rhythm Factory, Pleasure Unit, Filthy McNasty’s, Nambucca, Archway Tavern and The Marquee. In their time together they have played alongside The Others (twice), Infadels, Wilko Johnson, The Rocks, The Holloways, Captain Black, Larrikin Love and Dustin’s Bar Mitzvah. They are currently unsigned, managed by Nambucca and this year, made it to the last 15 unsigned bands shortlisted to play the John Peel Stage at Glastonbury. They perform their own style of Rock’n’Roll with a sound that can be likened to ‘The Buzzcocks’ and ‘The Jam’ blended with the soloing styles of the likes of ‘Jimi Hendrix’ and ‘Free’.
