About Me

You're probably looking at this and saying," What the hell is all of this? ". Well folks, this is Happyfood, and the idea is simple. "Happyfood" are pictures of foods that have faces on them. To narrow it down, they have faces drawn on them in paint or Photoshop, whichever. As you can see, our gallery has quite a bunch of them, and they continue to grow.
Now how did this all begin? Well, it was early 2004, when me and my buddy Andrew were bored. To treat our boredom, we decided to look up random things on google. We looked up the word "banana", which is a type of fruit that grows on tree and is a tasty snack. We got a number of results, including bizarre sorts of pornography, oranges, pictures of loose-leaf paper, and bananas. We looked at a selected picture of a banana, and decided to take it into Microsoft Paint to give it modifications. We gave it arms, legs, and a face, and decided to leave it like that. We did this to various other fruits, vegetables, and now pills and other edible substances are coming into the scene. This was the beginning of Happyfood.
Since I was the only one that knew web design at the time, Andrew hasn't really been a part of the website. However, he does contribute pictures every now and then.
I decided that this website need a little touch to it. Happiness plays an incredible role in this website, because everyone loves being happy. Well, not Michael Moore, because he complains. It seems like he enjoys it because every time someone buys his movie or book he makes money, and he likes money.
The point of this website simply is to cheer people up. Say your dog got eaten by evil maggots. You'd be sad, no? Well, maybe you could look at HappyFood, and you could be a bit more cheered up.
The two original creators of the HappyFood concept were Louie Queral and Andrew Pattur. But, Louie Queral did all of the website stuff, and Andrew contributes to the site every now and then.
The layout was made by Louie, and Louie only refers to him self in 3rd person in the "behind HappyFood" section.
Usually I just use "Me" or "I".
