Two-Headed Snake

I am here for Friends

About Me

My name is Fred, The snake with two heads. I am a gopher snake. I was born in the summer of 2006 in the foothills around Los Angeles, Calif. Two-headed snakes are very rare. It is believed there are less than 20 in captivity in the United States. Most two headed snakes will die in the wild. It's pretty hard to hunt while you are carrying around a second head! I am lucky that I was found by a nice family who know how to take care of snakes. They feed me a couple baby mice every week (That's my favorite meal) I expect to grow to over 5 feet long and live up to 20 years.
