formed in early 2005 when four guys decided they wanted to push the current direction of music further. Down Affect combines the styles of punk, metal, hardcore, and alternative in an unconventional way. We are located in Orange County, California, a breeding ground for amazing bands such as Thrice, Avenged Sevenfold, Saosin and Bleeding Through. This is just the beginning of what will be an endless cycle of chaos and synchronization...

MUSIC, playing the drums and guitar, recording, live sound, poetry, the sky, concerts, life, death, people, beating up old ladys etc...

pretty much everything. Some of my all time favorites are the doors, g-n-r, system of a down, red hot chilli peppers, faith no more, sublime, tool, the beatles, fugazi, deftones, thrice, pharcyde,mudvayne, stp, the list could go on for ever...but I'll keep it short.
